We aim for significant organic growth in the new strategy period. Our target is to reach annual revenue of around EUR 100 million by the end of 2030. Our goal is to maintain strong profitability. The target for the new strategy period is to increase the operating profit margin excluding goodwill depreciation (EBITA) to 15-20%. Our goal is also to distribute 50-75% (previously 30-50%) of the profit for the financial year as dividends, taking into account the company's financial position.
We have laid the ground work for achieving the growth target and made significant investments to increase the production volume of both our roof and wall element businesses. LapWall is building a new factory at its Pyhäntä unit, which will enable the unit to triple its revenue. Production at the new plant will start at the end of 2025, and it will gradually move to full capacity. LapWall invests in the efficiency of its operations by increasing automation and the use of AI in both administrative and production processes.
Our focus areas on the strategic period 2025-2030 are sales development, product portfolio and standard development, improved efficiency in design, production, and administration by utilizing automation and AI. We invest heavily in developing our procurement, material usage and efficiency. An important success factor is our thriving and motivated personnel, whose competence development is a focus area during the strategy period.
As one of our key measures for the strategy period and growth target, we have invested in expanding our production capacity on the Pyhäntä site. Expanding the product portfolio, product development work and various product testing are important tasks to grow the market for our products and solutions. Marketing, communications and sales will increase the market share of LapWall’s products. We are launching a project to utilize AI in routine tasks to increase operational efficiency and enable comprehensive data-driven management.
Strengthening cooperation between business areas, specifically in so-called joint deliveries, is part of our measures during the strategy period aimed at gaining an even larger market share. Investments are made in personnel competence development by launching LapWall Academy for leadership training and other skills development.
With these measures, we can increase our revenue and improve the relative profitability of our operations over the next few years.
