Whistleblowing

LapWall offers its employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders a reporting channel in accordance with the EU Whistleblowing Directive, through which suspicions of misconduct and unethical behavior can be reported.

The purpose of the reporting channel is to ensure that suspicions of possible misconduct or violations of operating principles come to the company's attention and that corrective actions can be taken. With this approach, LapWall can promote good governance and responsibility in its operations.

Notifications are handled confidentially

All whistleblowing cases are handled confidentially. The source of the report cannot be identified unless contact information is specifically provided in the report.

A thorough investigation is conducted for all reported whistleblowing cases. If necessary, an external advisor is also used. A person who is the subject of the suspicion or who has connections to it does not participate in the investigation of the report.

How to file a whistleblowing report add

The report can be submitted using your own name or anonymously. The system guides you through the reporting process, and it can be used to communicate with the reporter, even if the report was submitted anonymously. Only those responsible for processing the report have access to it.

When submitting a report, you must be honest and act in good faith. Misuse of the reporting channel will result in legal action. However, the reporter does not need to have solid evidence of misconduct immediately. It is important to submit the report in good faith.

You will receive a personal password when you submit the report. Remember to save it carefully. You can log in to the service with the password to read the reply or any additional questions.

The reporter will be notified of the receipt of the report and any additional questions within 7 days of receipt, and feedback will be provided within three months.
