Auditing

Since its establishment, the auditor of the Company has been the auditing firm KPMG Oy AB with APA Antti Kääriäinen as the auditor-in-charge.

The auditor is elected at the AGM for a term ending at the close of the AGM following the election. The auditor shall be remunerated according to an invoice approved by the Company.
