Management Team
The CEO, together with the Management Team, is responsible for managing LapWall's business operations and implementing its strategic and operational objectives. The Board of Directors appoints and may dismiss the CEO and decides on the CEO’s remuneration and other benefits following the remuneration policy. The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company.
The CEO of LapWall is Jarmo Pekkarinen. The CEO is responsible for the management and development of the Company's business, day-to-day operational management and daily administration following the instructions issued by the Board of Directors. They also prepare matters to be handled by the Board of Directors and are responsible for their implementation.
The Company also has a Management Team responsible for developing, managing and implementing the strategy, business operations, operating models, and other common matters of the Company.
